The Club came into existence in the 2008/2009 season, with a few founding members. Under a Coordinator and a coach, trainings were held at Teacher Training College, Ogba. The initial Club name was Old People’s Football Club (OPF).
In 2009, due to availability of space for trainings, the Club moved to Keke High School training field, which became the Home ground. An influx of newer members, including an assistant coach (now chief coach), brought fresh ideas, perspectives, and complexities. This facilitated expansion and growth into TEAM ALL STARS KEKE, with “KEKE” added to show commitment and appreciation to the host community. A first Club president was also appointed.
2012: Under the leadership of a second Club president, the home ground moved to African Church Primary School, which remains the Club’s training venue to this day.
2015: The Club became recognized by the Lagos State government.
